You can file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy again after eight years has passed from the date of your last filing if you’re filing another Ch 7, 2 years between 13s. – 4 years between a 7 and 13 and 6 years between a 13 and 7(if under 70% plan). A Ch 13 may also be filed at anytime for re-organizational purposes, but if within the aforementioned limits, no discharge can be had.
